Unpopular opinion: not that bad of a CP. Sure, it's still a CP but it's not as bad as you think.
Link isn't working for me, but a last year E46 M3+Dinan=premium.
Dinan goodies are one of those mods that actually DO increase value of a car.

Trust me I would love to have one of these cars but $26k for an 9 year old vehicle with 125k miles, no thanks.
